We found the apartment clean and comfortable. When we arrived the air con was not working. The staff were very helpful and we moved to a different apartment the following day. The kitchen arrangements were fine - enabling the preparation of breakfast, drinks and re-heating of food. However, we did try the breakfast provided at the main block and it was very good (a wide choice), The apartment was easy to access and felt safe. The staff at the main block, just up the road, were exceptionally helpful. Porto is quite a large city and the apartment was about a 20-minute walk from the railway station (uphill) and a short 5-minute walk from the nearest metro (uphill).

The apartment was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! We even had a terrace, but sadly it was raining. Bathroom was good and big. The apartment had a AC so we didn’t feel cold at all (which is rare here in apartments) and it’s also good for the summer. Would defenitely stay here again 😊

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, even allowing us an extra 30 minutes for checkout, which was a thoughtful gesture. The location is perfect, with the reception area conveniently situated just a five-minute walk from the apartments. This setup was ideal for storing our luggage and provided a comfortable waiting area with restrooms before heading to the airport. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The complimentary water, coffee, and chocolate were delightful touches that made us feel genuinely cared for, something even pricier hotels often overlook. While the room could benefit from a few minor improvements, overall, everything was excellent. Considering the price, especially compared to other cities and countries, we received outstanding value for our money. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

-kitchen zone: quite comfort for cooking -staffs: very kind and helpful, make me feel free to ask -cleaning: maid come to clean and change towels every day -bathroom: all toiletries as shampoo, bath gel, toilet paper and hairdryer, but not include toothpaste and toothbrush.

Wonderful place! Very good location, close to metro station. Amazing, spacious and shiny clean room equipped with everything you might need during your stay - kitchen with all utensils (sharp knives, scissors and corkscrew!), fridge, coffee maker (coffee capsules and teabags refilled everyday), microwave oven, even travel set with fresh sponge, dishwashing liquid and rubber gloves. Plenty of fresh towels, cosmetics and a hairdryer available in the bathroom. Adding comfortable beds to the list above makes it a place you don't want to leave :) Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Thank you all for making our stay really great.

Very modern, roomy & in an excellent location - a 5 minute walk to the Trinidade metro station which we used every day. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

The hotel is a an apartment building, very clean, well located, easy to park if you have a car - respecting rules of the place. Very clean, with an incredible staff since the check in at the parent hotel until the checking out. Awesome!
